The Fish-Fiding-Rock is the only attraction for divers. The fish is spoiled by feeding and comes to the large boulder rock (depth of 7-8 m), when divers knock on it with the stones or something hard. Thousands of fish gather around, so it is difficult to even take the pictures.
From the shore of Protaras

This is a great place for beginners having their first look beneath the sea, or qualified divers alike. Starting from the shallows heading out of the bay we will find remains of terracotta pots left behind by ancient mariners. Varies from 6 to 15m towards manijin island.

The dive goes down in steps to around 12 m then has a small overhang, a cave and various swim-throughs. A great site for photography.

#13 - Dinosaur Bay
Cyprus

After entering the bay, swim out over rocks that are shaped like dinosaur bones. After leaving these turn right and there are lots of small caves and sink holes. Take a bearing on the way out, as finding the exit point is not easy as the terrain is fairly flat and featureless.
take the turning opposite Spilies bar, down to the coast. A short walk gets you into the small semi-circular bay.

The wreck is of a trawler that was blown up in the 70´s as part of an insurance claim. The wreck is fairly neatly spread with the bulk of the wreck being intact. The visibility is fantastic and because of the shallow depth, very light.
Easily reached by boat from Paphos harbour
#20 - Cynthiana
Cyprus

Visibility may change depending on whether and direction: While parts of the site may have not that good visibility (less than 10m), others can have much better (15m and more) at the same time.
The site is accessible directly from the beach of Cynthiana Beach Hotel at Coral Bay, either via a ladder or via the beach itself.
#21 - Pernera bay
Cyprus

But don`t bother going there to dive, unless you are a novice, wanting to do your DSD, there are several (quite a lot of, actually) Dive centres/resort/schools in the area the bay is very shallow (max 6 meters) with very little (if any) aquatic life.
Pernera Bay, beach access in front of Pola Costa & Domniki Hotels. Pernera is a little village to the north of Protaras, a popular resort about 20 minutes from Aya Napa on the coast road.
Pernera bay is also known as Pinera Bay.

Te dive site is to paralell running reefs which are situated at 7 and 14 meters.
The entry/ exit point is apparent however the walk to the site is uneven, be careful.
once in the water swim out for approximately 50m through the rock formations and turn left this will take you between the two reefs the deeper reef being on your right.
At the beginning of noth reefs there is a large sandy bottom which can be utlised for training, there is also a moderate flat sand area between both reefs.
This is not an easy entry dive site
The road you require is the same for both Konnos point and Cyclops caves however when you are on the dirt track you need to take the first left on to another sand track and follow it to the end and park. you then have approximately 150m to walk to the entry point.
The terrain to drive and walk is uneven and caution is required. You should not attempt this drive in any low lying car a jeep or truck is strongly recommended.

This is an extremely easy dive site and relatively shallow.
To the right hand side moray eels and turtles have been seen during the summer months.
To the left hand side a variant of small and large fish (for Cyprus) have been seen as well as moray eels. At the end of the rock formations is a small cave which has a hole wide enough for a diver to fit through at the top.
The sandy plain to the east of the dive site is at 6m so it can be utilised for diver training
This is an easy site to find
Head towards Cape Grecko once you have reached the pennisula follow the road in the direction of the 4 large antennas. After you have gone down the hill and have reached the plain of the antennas look to your left for a wooden picnic seat that has steps to its left hand side and you are there!
#30 - Caves
Cyprus
beginner

The dive site has 2 very good caves, one of which has the narrow exit that looks almost exactly the same as Map of Cyprus. Amazing!
From the shore 5 km away from Protaras toward Ayia Napa (south-west).
#32 - De Costa Bay
Cyprus

Very rich in marine life, maybe the richest in the area, mainly due to geomorphological characteristics of the site and low numbers of swimmers
A small, hidden beach. On the road to cape Greco from Protaras, turn left to Ikarias street, the road that leeds to De Costa bay apartments
