#1 - Suralaya Wall
Indonesia, West Java
Shore dive next to suralaya cooling water discharge. Warm water induces many uniqe plants & animals.
Access via Suralaya road & boat.
#2 - Tempuyungan
Indonesia, West Java
Tempuyungan is a wall near the Sanghiang pier. The current here is quite challenging yet safe for drift diving activities by advanced divers. The visibility at certain times can go as far as 20 meters.
The coral reef is very nice with plenty of clown fish hiding from the current.
Take a 30 minute boat ride from the Paku Harbor at the Anyar Village to the Sanghiang Island.
Ask the skipper to go to Tempuyungan. To locate the spot you can use the Sanghiang Island's pier as a check point. To the left of the pier you will see a long surge towards the beach, the spot is right there (before the surge).
Tempuyungan is also known as Tempuyungan.
#3 - Batu Mandi
Indonesia, West Java
Batu Mandi (in english roughly Bathing Rock) is a reef formation at the southern tip of the Sanghiang Island.
The spot can be easily found although it is very dependent to the wind and waves which some times are quite challenging.
There are sponges, seafans and other hard and soft corals, together with pellagic fishes swimming around. If you are lucky, you might spot turtles and black tip sharks around.
Like other spots around the Sanghiang Island, you must take a boat from the Paku Harbor at the Anyar Village.
Ask the skipper to go to Batu Mandi spot (if weather is permitting).
Batu Mandi is also known as Batu Mandi Timur, Bathing Rock.
#4 - Victory Wreck
Indonesia, West Java
Victory is a man-made shipwreck. It is a 15 meter wooden boat specially sunked for diving point of interest around the Sanghiang Island.
Access to the site is relatively easy by boat although the surface is some times challenging due to choppy water.
The wreck lies at 18 meters depth with the top of the boat measured at depth of 13 meters.
Take a 30 minutes boat ride from the Paku Harbor at Anyar village with destination Pulau Sanghiang.
Ask the skipper to go to the Batu Raden site of Pulau Sanghiang. The wreck is marked with a diver below buoy.
