Certified divers are allowed one two-tank dive or two single dives a day. There's no diving on day of departure. All our dives range from 20 to 90 feet.

If you are a certified diver and the instructor feels you need to take a refresher course, there will be an additional $70.00 (please check current rates before travelling) per person for the 1.5 hour course. As per PADI standards this will allow you to dive as a certified diver. Remember to bring your dive log and certification card.

For guests who are not certified or would like to scuba for the first time, we offer a resort course (currently, a fee of US$70.00 applies to guests who require the resort course but please check before travelling). To qualify you must pass a water skill check, meet medical requirements and fill out a liability release. After completing the course, guests will be allowed one tank dive (of approx. 30ft) per day. The resort course is valid for one year at any Sandals or Beaches Resorts.

We offer scuba diving training from Bubble Maker, Discover Scuba Diving to Assistant Instructor. We also offer snorkel trips. Our enviromental efforts now extend to coral farming (restoration), we are presently designing our guest interaction activities for our restoration activities.

The house reef starts just 10 yards beyond the water's edge, and its remarkable ecosystem offers an amazing range of unusual tropical marine life, in 20 to 140 feet of calm, clear water. Anse Chastanet Reef is home to more than 150 different species of fish and makes for an amazing dive, day or night. In the shallow areas you'll see peacock flounders, octopus, needle fish and turtles. Or drop down a little deeper over dense coral growth to see puffers, moray eels, parrot fish, lobsters and even sea horses.

Dive Saint Lucia & Scuba Steve's Diving is a 5* PADI waterfront dive center based at Harmony Marina Suites Hotel

The center is dedicated to providing top quality experiences at affordable prices and is conveniently located in Rodney Bay, close to most hotels and guesthouses. Free pick ups and drop offs are provided in an air-conditioned mini bus.

There is a full range of PADI courses on offer, all the way up to Instructor level, and the team specializes in qualifying beginners. Class sizes are typically very small at no extra cost and flexible scheduling makes it very easy to gain a certification without sacrificing your holiday.

The surrounding waters are abundant in colorful marine life, with regular sightings of turtles, seahorses, frogfish and hundreds of species of tropical fish and coral. The diving season is year-round with water temperatures varying from about 25°C - 30°C which means most people are comfortable in a T Shirt or 3 mm shorty wetsuit. Visibility is typically in the range of 12 m to 60 m.

The center stocks a full range of top quality rental dive equipment (including DIN and International tanks). All equipment is maintained onsite and is offered in as new condition to make your rental equipment as comfortable as if you were using your own gear. We also break down, disinfect, store and setup your equipment for your next dive free of charge, leaving you more time to relax. Nitrox is available.
