Situated on the west coast of Mauritius, 45 minutes from the international airport, the Club Med Albion - La Plantation is the newly born village of the Club Med. Using exclusively speed-boats, the time to reach the dive sites is between 5 to 35 minutes only allowing the divers to do other activities before and/or after the dives.

During the winter (May to October), the whales are coming around the coast of Mauritius offering a wonderful scene for the divers. It is common to see humpback whales, but also sperm-whale and dolphin. A huge school of dolphin is present nearby the Club Med all year round.
