Our Certificates of Excellence and 5-star reviews on sites such as Trip Advisor are testaments to our commitment to providing enjoyable guest experiences.
Location. Salt Cay Divers is located on Salt Cay, a small island in the Turks and Caicos Islands, B.W.I. Unlike most other islands, our marine-rich, and healthy dive sites begin only 5-10 min from our dock! This gives you more time enjoying your adventure and less travel time on the boat. Enjoy wall dives? Our prime dive location enables us to take guests to reefs starting at 35 ft that then plunge down to approximately 7,000 ft. Learn more about Salt Cay.
Team. Our PADI-certified dive masters and instructors can accommodate all levels of skill and expertise, as well as teach resort courses and offer PADI full certifications.
Boats/Equipment.Salt Cay Divers has three boats including our newest addition, the Lovely Linda, a 31-foot, double-deck catamaran. She can hold up to 25 whale watchers in comfort or 15 divers. We also have 2 Carolina Skiffs. They are also equipped for divers and whale watchers. We also offer a full line of diving and snorkeling rental equipment.
Blue Water Divers is the longest continually-run dive operator on Grand Turk Island, with a focus on customer service and environmental education.
The center is the only 100% AWARE dive shop in the Turks and Caicos Islands, operating a fleet of two vessels - these are flat-bottomed Carolina Skiffs, which allow us to pull right up to the beach for easy boarding.
Each dive site in the area has its own dedicated one-boat mooring, meaning only your group will be at that site. There are some special dive sites in the area, including ones home to several critically-endangered coral species including Elk-horn and Staghorn.
From January to April, north-Atlantic humpback whales can often be seen from the beach.
