About Us

Thresher Shark Divers is the premier dive center on Malapascua and the only PADI 5* CDC.

We offer daily diving in small groups with experienced PADI Divemasters and Instructors, many of them with 5,000+ dives around Malapascua alone.

Malapascua is the only place in the world where thresher sharks can be seen daily. And there is plenty more on offer: wreck and reefs, wall dives and macro dives, drift dives and night dives. There is a little bit of everything. Group sizes are kept small and courses courses are often taught one on one.

A full range of PADI training is available including Instructor and Technical, with one of the most active dive internship programs in the country.

We have spacious Filipino style banka boats as well as a speed boat, offer coffee, tea and drinking water, shaded areas, ample space to set up your gear, and of course we carry first aid kits, phones and oxygen.

Dive shop facilities include internet, charging stations and a safe for valuables, as well as a retail area. The beachfront is home to the Wilde Bar for coffee, shakes and cocktails. Oscar’s Restaurant is upstairs overlooking the beach, which makes it great for sundowners.
