Blue In Maldives

Blue In Maldives Diving & Sailing was one of the first European operators in the Maldives. The Blue In Dive & Water Sports Center was inaugurated in 1997 as part of the Taj Coral Reef Resort; a 4 star hotel of the famous ""Taj"" hotel chain.

The Dive Center is situated a few meters from the swimming pool and from the jetty. It is member of the PADI International Resort Association and qualified as a 5 Star Gold Palm Resort.

On a daily basis our staff of instructors organizes different sessions of scuba diving courses from beginner levels to the more advanced ones . These lessons are held in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Japanese, according to the standards and the international procedures of PADI and in compliance with the local laws.

The Center is completely equipped and suited for every underwater demand. It offers 30 jackets, 25 regulators, 100 sets of masks and fins, as well as short or long wet suits.

There are also available powerful underwater torches for night dives. For the underwater photographer, we also offer cameras for rent. We have more than 70 cylinders with DIN/INT valves and 3 BAUER compressors to fill the cylinders, daily checked by our staff.

Strictly safety measures are observed during all of our activities. We operate according to the international safety standards as well as the local Maldivian law. We carry out check dives in order to establish buoyancy control, and we persuade scuba divers to carry a surface balloon. A first aid kit and an oxygen kit are always available.
