Euro-Divers Alila Kothaifaru

Alila Kothaifaru Maldives is the perfect diver’s heaven for beginners and experienced divers. The remote location gives us truly healthy corals and the glorious underwater life of the Maldives. 

Our PADI 5 Star dive center offers various PADI courses. As a beginner, you can gain your first diving experience with the Discover Scuba Diving program in the lagoon and a dive on the house reef. After your first house reef experience, you may explore new places from the boat.

For certified divers, there are around 20 beautiful dive sites within 10 to 60 minutes by our local Dhoni boat. The dive sites around Alila offer you to see turtles and possibly an encounter with Manta rays throughout one dive and healthy coral reefs.

Manta cleaning station is just 15 minutes away by boat, and from November till March, there’s a high chance to find them there.

Our morning, afternoon, and night dives will bring you to the most amazing famous untouched and uncrowded dive sites in Raa Atoll for spectacular dives you will never forget.

We are lucky to be not too far away from Baa Atoll where the famous Hanifaru bay, a UNESCO protected marine park is located and where hundreds of Manta rays gather to feed on plankton every year. The best time to visit Hanifaru Bay is from June to November. Snorkeling with manta rays is a dream of many. However, because it is a protected bay, it is not allowed to scuba dive.
