The dive center "Podvodnik-Volga" was founded in May 2003 and in 2005 received registration in the international association PADI ( Professional Association of Diving Instructors) # 35317, in 2006 the dive center was certified in TDI (TECHNICAL DIVING INTERNATIONAL) # 1002949 . In 2012, the dive center was awarded the status of 5 stars by PADI, which indicates its compliance with the high international requirements set by PADI for dive centers and resorts around the world.
