WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Not your average liveaboard, at 85 feet (26m) the Great Escape brings whole new meaning to the concept of a Dive Safari Vacation. This exquisite yacht is built to accommodate just 14 passengers in 7 cabins. The elegance and class of this liveaboard cannot be understated. All cabins are fitted with private bathrooms, air conditioning and queen sized, walk around beds.

The 4 Horizon View Staterooms are located on the Lower Deck and feature large port-hole style windows, personal fridges, flat screen televisions and DVD players. The queen-size beds can be configured as twin-single beds as well. For upgraded luxury, the 3 Panoramic View Staterooms are located on the Mid-level and on the Upper Deck.

The accommodation onboard Great Escape is far superior to most liveaboards providing more space, larger windows and bathrooms, enveloping guests in the luxury of a fine hotel with the caveat of spectacular views of an exotic pristine island paradise.

The crew knows that meals are designed to fuel the action packed dives and will be plentiful and appeal to every appetite.  Whether dining indoor in the fine dining room or outdoor alfresco with a backdrop of sparkling blue water and ocean vistas, from the canapés to the Chef prepared meals, all guests’ palates will be pleased. Meals on the Great Escapes liveaboard charters will consist of freshly prepared cuisine, local delicacies and plentiful and mouth watering buffets. You will enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, and three course evening meal, as well as morning and afternoon tea daily, and any special requests or requirements are catered to with special care and attention. Beverages including tea, coffee, soft drinks, drinking water and juice are all complimentary. 

The Great Escape do not operate an onboard Bar service, but you can bring your own alcohol or the friendly office staff are happy to make arrangements for you. payment for alcohol must be received prior to departure.

Great Escape liveaboard yacht features a spacious air-conditioned Salon with an audio and visual entertainment system complete with movies. The vessel has state-of-the-art satellite communications technology that includes phone, fax and email, as well as an Apple iPad for guests’ convenience. This way you’ll never be out of touch with the outside world – unless you’d prefer it that way, of course! Wi-Fi is available for a fee to stay connected with friends and family. The ultimate end of a diving day will be soaking in the jacuzzi under the brilliant evening stars, or enjoying your favorite drink with friends.

Guests will find their happy place amidst the multiple levels of decks featuring cushioned lounge chairs, open-air shaded sundecks, and vast deck space to wander or work on their tan. Guests who can’t get enough of the crystal clear waters between dives are welcomed to go snorkeling or try their hand at fishing!

The excitement continues as guests also have access to our on-board helicopter, which provides a thrilling aerial view of the Kimberley Coast’s enchanting wilderness on our way to the most remote Indigenous art-sites, fishing spots, waterfalls, and swimming-holes. We will include island BBQ's during the trip too!
