Petreos Divers

About Us

The name of Petreos Divers comes from a coral reef, which is a limestone structure that provides shelter for almost a quarter of all marine life in the seas; it is home to many species of fish, plants and animals. The Stony coral is one of the many species that exist and it is characterized by being hard and forming coral reefs. They can be distinguished thanks to their classification within the order Scleractina, which groups those animals with more than 8 tentacles per polyp; new colonies begin to expand on these remains, forming true ecosystems for multiple types of fauna.
