About Us
Speaking of Noto, there are probably people who can imagine delicious fish and the rough sea of Japan. Notojima, where our shop is located, is located east of the Noto Peninsula, so you can enjoy diving all year round even when the calm sea extends. Toyama Bay is a blend of deep sea water and mountain water poured from the Tateyama mountain range, which is part of the Japanese Alps that can be seen from the deep sea over 1000 m and Noto Island. Such a unique environment is raising the delicious fish of Noto.
