In the last two legislative sessions, the draft Law on entering and working in sports-related professions in the Basque Autonomous Community is being developed. This law will try to regularize the sector and each professional position will be assigned certain training requirements. Along with the multi-sport project of the three counties in terms of school sports, deficiencies are detected in multi-value professional profiles, that is, subjects who can work in school sports providing more than one modality (training requirements in more than one modality). On the other hand, there is a demand for training in the field of active tourism, not professionals focused on achieving performance in certain sports, but those focused on providing a service and an experience in natural environments, which also requires training. These professional profiles are also single-disciplinary, and there is a lack of subjects trained in various modalities that can focus on active tourism. Finally, this law will lead to the regularization of many professionals who currently work in the field of sports, in sports centers, gymnasiums, municipalities, etc. (zumba, spinning, training with weights, training with the elderly, etc.), meaning that in the future they will have to have multidisciplinary training. professional profiles In an attempt to respond to the 3 perceived deficiencies, KIROLENE has launched this project, to train young people professionally and to develop their professional life through sport, from the field of sports practice. This training is mostly focused on being practical and multidisciplinary, considering several fields. PAYING ATTENTION TO SCHOOL-ATHLETES: training professionals in the different modalities that are most common and within the educational system. (Football, Basketball, Athletics, Handball, Rescue and First Aid and Futsal) PAYING ATTENTION TO ACTIVE TOURISM: training multidisciplinary professionals in the most demanded modalities in the sector. (Intermediate mountain, canyons, BTT, Ski/Snowboard and Diving) CARING FOR SPORTS FOR EVERYONE: providing training to multidisciplinary professionals working in gymnasiums, sports centers and municipalities, to practice physical activity and health in leisure time. Training in this field will be carried out through training for employment promoted by the profession through professional certifications. (Multipurpose Training and Fitness with Music)
