Having a PADI Course Director on staff means we can offer a full PADI diver education system, including instructor development programs and continuing education for diving professionals. Our shop also has a course director, the highest rank of PADI instructor in the PADI diver education system . A PADI Course Director is the instructor training agent in the PADI Diver Education System. That number is less than 1% of all PADI professionals worldwide.
