Sangowo Reef

This reef like a barrier, heading to west it has variety of coral living and at the corner lay a thousand years old big massive coral. Fish species very divers, from reef sedentary species to reef associates fish such shark and barracuda. At the promontory usually is used by groupers and Napoleon to spawning, especially on full moon or new moon at the sun almost set. Dive site is located on southeast Morotai island, Maluku Utara province. It just in front of the village. Sangowo Reef is also known as Posi posi reef.
