The Pom Pom shipwreck

The wreck was placed by Pom Pom Island resort in 2014, It has a large shoal of pickhandle barracuda - normally between wreck and dropoff edge when tide is from n. Tide from south or slack water school moves s of wreck towards magic rocks. There is large goliath grouper (dwight) and big schools of black and white snappers, bumphead parrots, fusieliers etc. Easy safe dive for all but current can be strong 2-4h before high tide on spring tides Great Drift shore or boat dive from Kampong jetty opposite TRACC to the North as the tide rises. Best currents are full and new moon. Alternative is boat dive down to the wreck from the bouy which marks the spot.
