Snorkeling and Scuba Diving at Bull Shoals
Man made Corps of Engineers lake. Mostly rock bottom, submerged trees, and lots of freshwater fish. Spotted freshwater jelly fish last fall. Dive shop and air refills at main dock. Houseboats for rent for weekend dive trips. Http://www.bullshoalslakeboatdock.com/ Lots of places to dive - shallow and 100 ft+ walls. Worth looking into for a weekend or week-long boat trip.
Part of the Ozarks waterways.

Beautiful lake. Dive every weekend in the summer. Lots of structures to hold fish. 3rd lake in line of 3 resevoirs, so the water is cooler than most. Excellent wall dives in the main channel that bottom out at 200+. The fingers off the channel are littered with corps-installed brush piles to hold fish. Something for everybody.

I have dove sites all over the lake and have loved them all. Viz is generally 10-15 feet above 30 feet, and gets better but colder the deeper you go. Slow down and enjoy what we have here in Arkansas.
