#1 - Alcoy sanctuary
Philippines, Visayas, Cebu
Alcoy only has one dive shop named Alcoy dive point... it is poorly managed and has bad service but its the only option if you want to dive the site unless you bring your own tanks etc.
The Sanctuary is not yet fully matured yet but there is still a few things to see such as nudies and lots of clams.
this is a good dive spot if you are passing by and have your own boat/gear
Great shore entry dive with the wall dropping off only 10 meters from the beach or get into the boat and head 200 meters out to the sanctuary
