About Us

Quest Academy is an aquatic sports academy which also widely caters to scuba diving. An untouched treasure trove of dive sites, the Palk Bay area we are located in has a lot to offer divers and scuba enthusiasts. 

The Palk Bay is one of the last remaining habitats for green sea turtles & dugongs on mainland India. Humpback dolphins are also commonly found in this region. Additionally, sea cucumbers, sea stars and sea horses were commonly found here, much of which have been lost to illegal wildlife trade. Bamboo sharks, sting rays, sea anemones and Clark’s anemone fish are other common indigenous marine species. A wide variety of mollusks are present in the region – from attractive cephalopods (octopus, cuttlefish), to minuscule nudibranchs, sea hares and a huge diversity of gastropods.
