Charlotte's Dive Log

I did training here and was very happy with the site. Easy shore access. I would recommend using a wagon or sled to pull your gear to the water line. It seems like a long walk wearing and toting weights, tanks, flag float, etc. Don't underestimate the water temp, we dove at the end of December and again during spring break. In Dec the temp was about 59. Spring it was about 70. Great for night dives and training!

First of all, Diving in Indiana is limited so any place is a great place! Easy access from parking (less then 100 feet) There is a nice dock to allow for easy entry and solid exit to remove BCs, weights, and fins. There are changing sheds and covered class areas. The water is cool and clear. Plus there are many fun things to locate like the coffin. An excellent place for training as dive centers from 3 states use it.
