Josh Tiumalu's Dive Log

This is a nice place to dive, especially if you are a beginner diver. It is very easy to get in and out of the water, and the conditions are usually fair. There is not too much water movement here so you wont get washed around too much. Nice kelp forests and a lot of marine life to enjoy.

This is an awesome site to dive if you are looking to shoot some really nice halibut! You have to swim a ways, but the catch is well worth it. Visibility usually sucks because most of the dive is in all sand. The Halies are definitely worth the dive, though.

If you are looking for some big abalone and are able to dive deep, this is the place you want to be! Shallow dives are also very nice and will easily produce your limit of abalone. There is a lot of marine life here, so bring your gun. Tank Diving is also fun, as the cove gets fairly deep in the middle and has a lot to look at!

I have dove here for almost 10 years, and over the past few years it gets worse and worse. This used to be a great place to dive, but is now extremely over-picked and over-hunted by poachers. Its sad to see it like this here, and I have recently decided to not dive here anymore because it is just no longer worth it.
