Punta Caracol

This sight is a patch reef adjacent to mangroves. Used by students of Institute of Tropical Ecology and Conservation (ITEC) for coral reef ecology studies. Depths run from 1 meter or less in the mangroves to 18m where the reef slopes into the channel. Boat access only. Check with local dive operator or charter for information.
