Muren

This is a nice spot close to Oslo. This wall was built to redirect ship traffic within range of the torpedo battery at Oscarsborg fortress. Worked very well at Blücher during WWII... The wall is partly open for smaller ships, and you should be aware of the current when the tide is rising/falling. Divers have died here... The spot is easy to find, and you'll have no problem parking. The wall is grown with anemones, and occasionally, you may see lobsters. Lots of Metridium senile and tru the summer it many Pollachius virens at nigh time and some Homarus gammarus. Muren is also known as Jetéen.
