I was really enthralled at the chance to dive this place but the overall experience was rather wanting. I saw some weeds, some silt and a wrecked junked cabin cruiser. It seemed more like an underwater junkyard or EPA superfund site than a pristine dive site. How does filling a manmade quarry with trash compare to a reef dive?

As a diver who dives regularly at this quarry my opinion is that it is very well run with great owners. For those of you looking for a great place to dive that has an abundance of viewing pleasure such as sunken cabin cruisers, cars of all kinds, large pipes, raised platforms, the crusher with stairs and basements sunken below and an abundance of large catfish, largemouth bass, crappie and even bluegill. This really is an awesome place for those who like an adventure with all the elements that diving should consist of. The depth range is great for diving and being relaxed so you can enjoy longer diving time. The clarity that we have been enjoying this winter is super, 60 ft. plus. Crystal clear or rather cerulean blue. Guys, this quarry is a must, stop buy, check it out for yourself. I think you will find it to be an exciting and well maintained quarry with great camping space.

I thought Martha's Quarry was bad. If diving on a submerged drain pipe in 30 feet of water sounds fun, then head here. I was so bored, I considered cutting the hose of my regulator just to keep things interesting…

Great place to dive! You're treated great here. I'm an instructor and take my students here-- they love it!

Being new to the area I did not think that there would be much to offer in the area of diving. Ran into a man who told me about Dive Cerulean, and was I truly blessed. The owner is an instructor, his wife works the booth and his children help with filling tanks and moving them. Truly a family operation. I'd recommend the place to anyone. Give it a try I'm sure you will be impressed. The water is nice and clear just about year round and warm enough for a 3 mil most of the year.

Dive Cerulean is great. We went during the week, nobody else was there. Visibility was Great. The water was warm and inviting. It's not the deep blue but you can dive all day no wet suit and not chills. Multi-tank days. The only hold back is the depth and the size. It's a GREAT place to keep your skills up when you can't get to the gulf.
