Marloes's Dive Log

Visibility unpredictable, can be very good (up to 10 meters), but most of the time about 1 meter. Lots of beautiful things to see, though!!! Nice spot for experienced current-divers.

It has a long swim out, and in the bay visibility is not so good because of the sandy bottom and the water movement. Not a lot of life in the shallow bay. The reef is okay, but not as good as other sites. Still a lot of spear fishing done here by locals in the weekends. Not one of the best sites here.…

Beautiful beach with great diving! Both sides of the bay are worth a visit. In between two dives you can get a bite to eat at the beach-café. There's also a new dive centre with very nice people, good equipment and a great house reef! Made 4 great dives here.

They're building great new facilities here right now! Good parking place, new stairs to cross the dyke and a great new entry and exit point. The place can become crowded on the weekends, but is one of the best sites here!

Beautiful dive site!

Really good visibility in a saltwater lake without currents or tides. No surf, easy shore access and over 30 different dive sites in the Grevelingenmeer. All within 30 minutes driving of each other! Beautiful night diving, and multiple dive centres.
